TownePlace Suites by Marriott Conroe

Great spot if you need a place to stay in Conroe. Convenient location with easy parking. Friendly staff. Very clean in the room and throughout the property. Room was spacious with a nicely stocked kitchen. Appreciated the ice trays included in the freezer. Note: the only ice machine for this hotel is located on the 1st floor in the breakfast area. Bathroom counter space was very limited but drawers underneath helped. There are grills on property and they provide grilling supplies. Indoor and outdoor seating options are nice. There's a pool in the back. A self-serve cabinet in the lobby for grabbing extra toiletry items (soap, razors, toothbrushes, etc.). Good breakfast selection.

Probably one of the best hotels in the area. Location is kinda outside the town, but still convenient to many restaurants and getting to Montgomery, TX. Hotel did have a strong scent upon walking in..I do prefer a good smell vs a bad small but it was definitely stronger than it needed to be. Rooms were roomy/bed was ok/pillows always go flat (in every hotel we stay in), shower had hot water, very clean, gym had free weights and cardio equipment & breakfast had lots of options. Coffee was hot even before breakfast times, which was great as we had an early 5am flight to catch. Staff were friendly & helpful. Elevators were fast. Location was pretty safe feeling. Overall, great hotel. Would stay again.

This place has an excellent friendly staff. When I arrived, I was immediately welcomed by Omar at the front desk and given a quick briefing on the amenities. I had a minor noise issue with the guest staying above me, but as soon as I informed the staff, they handled it swiftly. I appreciate that level of consideration. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Thanks a lot Omar and team!

First, upon arrival I received the MOST welcome greeting I've ever recieved from a hotel! I was greeted by Omar and he was such a pleasure; I literally can not explain enough how awesome he was! I want to come back just because of him. Everything here was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish it wasn't a whirlwind trip and could have enjoyed our stay more. Everything was immaculate. The hotel smelled really clean. The kitchen in our room was surprisingly well stocked. The layout was nice for the double bed room. It was kind of nice how our room was at the end of the hallway and secluded from the other rooms. Not sure if thats how all the double bed rooms are? Another nice feature was the shoe cabinet near the entrance. The beds were comfortable enough. I didn't wake up with aches or pains. The shower had really nice pressure and the hair and body products smells great (lavender & eucalyptus). If I'm ever in Conroe I would definitely stay here again!

Right off 45 so it makes it convenient. The hotel is new and has very nice rooms. I have stayed here twice when traveling gir personal business. They offer breakfast and the gal who serves the breakfast is so nice and accommodating. She isnt all about business because she will chat with guests after her work is done. Very personable and kind. I will always chose thos as my spot to stay when in this area if Houston.

I don’t give 5-star reviews lightly, but TownePlace Suites Conroe absolutely earned it. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch—Omar checked me in and was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-kept. One of the biggest surprises was the complimentary continental breakfast—definitely one of the better ones I’ve had at a hotel. The Smart TV was a great bonus too. I honestly wasn’t expecting the stay to be this good, but everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

This facility was nice the only thing I didn't like was the beds where too low. We had an accessible room and for someone with disabilities, I felt the bed was too low. My mom was with me and she's almost 80 and it was hard for her to get up out the bed. It was even hard for me. The room was clean and very spacious. They provide dish soap and scrub mommy to clean your dishes. Full size refrigerator, electric stove top and keurig machine for cofee drinkers. I believe there was a dish washer also. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer available for use in room. Plenty of restaurants, and close to Conroe regional hospital or HCA regional I believe is the new name. This location is right off the freeway and has a shopping center on the other side if you want to get some shipping in. You also receive complimentary bottled water at check in. Overall my stay was nice.

Staff was great, breakfast was yummy, everything was clean. The only unexpected thing was the sofa bed. It wasn't what we were expecting, but fortunately it was for our 13yo and not an adult. She is 5' and was the length of it. She slept well though. The shower was hot and the shampoo and conditioner were good quality.
